Access Your Account

Renew Items

Click the Access Your Account button above to renew your materials. You can renew your library materials up to 3 times either in person or online on your own. The link entitled “Renew Books” is located just under the  Catalog search box on our homepage. The University Libraries page also has a hyperlink “My Account and Renewals” listed in the menu.

These links will take you to a page where you are prompted to enter your library ID (14 digit number starting with 206XX that is on your FSU card) and password to access your library account.  The default password will be 4 digits: birth month/day (e.g. 0915 for September 15) until you change it on YOUR LIBRARY ACCOUNT PAGE

Pay Overdue Fines

Goldstein does not accept payment for overdue fines. To pay your fines, you can go to the Cashier’s Office at the University Center in Building A, or pay them online.

To pay online:

  • Access your Student Secure Information Menu at campus.fsu.edu
  • Enter your FSU username and password
  • Click the “Secure Apps” tab located on the top right-hand side of the page.
  • Click the link “Make a payment” and see the fee posted there.

“Request” an item or “Place on Hold”

If the only copy of a desired item is checked out, you can request it or “Place a Hold” on it. In the catalog record of that item the “Place a Hold” link will be located next to the call number, along with the due date.

You will be prompted to enter your library card number and password.
